Permitted with disclosure

• Language polishing, formatting help, and non-substantive drafting support
• Structured assistance in bibliography formatting (with full human verification)

Not permitted

• Fabrication of facts, legal authorities, citations, or quotations
• Submission of AI-generated analysis without author accountability

Author responsibility

Authors remain fully responsible for accuracy, originality, legal reasoning, and citation authenticity.
