Insolvation: International Journal of Insolvency and Restructuring Law
Insolvation is a peer-reviewed, open-access law journal publishing scholarship on insolvency law, bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, distressed finance, cross-border insolvency, liquidation, creditor rights, and related legal-policy reform.
The journal also welcomes analytically strong work on valuation where valuation questions arise within insolvency, restructuring, liquidation, recoveries, resolution architecture, rescue frameworks, or related institutional reform.
