Article Withdrawal, Removal and Replacement Policy
Article Withdrawal, Removal, and Replacement Policy
A) Withdrawal Before Publication
Withdrawal requests must be submitted by the corresponding author with consent of all authors and a clear reason. Withdrawal after peer review may be permitted only in justified circumstances.
B) Retraction / Withdrawal After Publication
If serious error or misconduct is established, the article record is retained with a formal notice (correction/retraction/withdrawal), preserving the scholarly record.
C) Removal (Exceptional Cases)
Removal is limited to legal necessity, such as defamation, court order, severe rights infringement, or material risk of harm. Metadata is retained with an explanatory notice.
D) Replacement
Where appropriate, corrected republication may be permitted with transparent version history and linked notices.
E) Misuse
Withdrawal requests made solely to submit elsewhere after substantive editorial processing may be declined and may attract editorial restrictions.
